INGEOMIN GOES TO SCHOOL

Committed to the education of young Venezuelans, the National Institute of Geology and Mining has created "Ingeomin Goes to School"; an educational program aimed at promoting geosciences among students. The plan includes a structured content developed with the assistance of the institute's interdisciplinary team, in order to convey knowledge through direct contact with the professionals responsible for providing all the information about the mineral wealth existing in the national territory.

With Ingeomin Goes to School, our institute not only goes to the classrooms but also opens its doors to students so they can learn about the different areas of work and part of the internal functioning of the institution, as a way to complement and transform basic education programs through knowledge in the fields of geology and mining. This serves as an educational tool to promote geosciences and also allows for the identification of the future geoscientists of the country.
