The INGEOMIN Women’s Committee has been created in response to the national government's policies, aligned with the 5th vertex of the Great Mission Venezuela Woman. Its purpose is to strengthen the political and social participation of women workers, promoting equality and ensuring their leading role.

Through this program, we provide support for their entrepreneurship plans, as a complement to their institutional commitments, and in key areas such as health, security, and justice. We also promote information and organization.

We not only seek individual well-being but also aim to contribute to the construction of a fairer and more equitable homeland where every woman becomes a fundamental pillar in building a solid and hopeful future for all.
